Information and purposes
The form collects first name, last name, email, an optional phone number and a message to respond to enquiries and discuss a quote or consultation when requested. Required fields allow us to identify and handle your enquiry. Do not include health information, identity documents or payment details in your initial message.
Legal bases
Quote enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General communications and site security are processed under our legitimate interest in responding and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)); statutory obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
Providers and recipients
The controller and authorised people handling enquiries can access your information. The form uses Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc., for collection, technical storage and spam prevention, including Akismet. Email communications are processed by the mailbox provider. Any further insurance operators and their processing are identified in the notices provided during the subsequent pre-contractual process.
International transfers
Netlify and its subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA. The provider’s Data Processing Agreement covers transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact the controller for information or a copy of the relevant safeguards. Updated documentation is available in Netlify’s Trust Center.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the contact and any pre-contractual process, then deleted unless a statutory obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim requires retention. If a policy is concluded, the notice for that relationship sets out the relevant retention periods. Form enquiries are not intended for promotional campaigns.
Cookies, browsing and external links
This website does not embed Google widgets, maps, social feeds, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. Fonts and visual assets are served locally. Hosting may process technical information, including IP addresses and logs, to provide and protect the service. Google Maps, social and WhatsApp links open external services; their privacy notices apply when you choose to visit them.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by contacting the controller. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. The form does not profile users or make automated decisions producing legal effects.
