Attach only necessary documents. Complaints concerning distribution as a collaborator are forwarded without delay to the principal intermediary for that contract and the complainant is informed. The competent operator and contact details are also identified in the policy documentation.

You may also apply to the Insurance Ombudsman where eligible, use other applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures, or bring the matter before a court.
